The small 1"x2"x5' insulation piece that fits between the two Jetsetter spa cover sections has begun to separate from the cover. The material that is sewn onto the cover has started to rot away. The insulation piece and vinyl of that piece are fine. It is the material that holds the velcro that is going. Anyone have an idea of how to repair it? The spa shop says I'd have to replace the whole cover. The cover is fine. It is just the material on that one part that is bad.
