I have this problem with my St Moritz. The plug looks like it has a gap of a couple of mm which is allowing the water to slowly leak out. would love to know how to address this.

I have filled and refilled my spa these past three weeks and found no holes. The air is still full, but a repair man today advised that it looks like the plug on the bottom of the spa floor is not sealing. can anyone advise how they fix this problem? thank you beth

I am having the same problem with my St Moritz. It looks like there is a mm or two gap in the plug in the bottom. Not sure what you are doing with plastic bag. Can you provide a photo for me to see please. Thank you
