  1. @CanadianSpaTech thanks again for your help. I thought i may have to. I was timid as just buying the spa pack and i didn't want to overwork it haha
  2. So I replaced by spa pack and kicked the breaker on but it didn't start up as it wanted me to choose configuration. I'm really unsure as to which one to choose. I only have the one pump - 2 speed. There are numerous configurations. I chose LL 9 and although description is single dual speed...it was wrong. When I hit pump it started the jets immediately and shut off when I pushed again. Only the 1 speed basically
  3. Thansk again Cdn. In.K450 keypad. I was going to mention that, if I got a 221063 in place of 221015 would the keypad need replacing too
  4. Me again folks. I have 0602-221015 control pack with 1 pump, no blower or circulation. Is it possible to use a different version 0602-221063 in place of since I only have things listen above?
  5. @CanadianSpaTech I have a 221015 but I see models that look exactly the same but are 221063. In which way are they different? I can't use this one? Tia Cape Breton, NS And now Hr error...she's dead. Ughhh. Another $1,000

  8. It was very mild here over the weekend and tub ran perfect. We're expecting a colder period and it started last night. Temperature dropped 5 degrees in the hot tub. The insulation that is with the tub is in green garbage bag material that over time has deteriorated so it is probably not doing its job. Is it advisable to use fiberglass insulation like you would use at home. Although the hot tub is in a covered area, wind does get through to the bottom. Thanks in advance... again.
  9. In.xe controls and wondering what i should my settings would/should be. Wife and I only use the tub on the weekends so i presently have filter cycles twice a day for 2 hours. Wondering about economy mode though as i have it disabled at the moment...should i have it on through the night or leave it disabled. TIA.
  10. So ohms were 14.9 and voltage was 238-240...removed heater and the element looks good. No signs of deposits..almost looks new. When I powered it up to text voltage there was a light on inside on the heater so I assume it's calling for heat.
  11. Thank you RD..i'm no expert but i suspected bad relay from what i read and what the tub has done. My father-in-law is an electrician and he tested for me afterwards and both voltage and ohms were what was suggested in documentation i have researched. So for arguments sake...let's suggest that is in fact a bad relay; this requires a new control pack (which i would go with over a new board) correct? Thank you.
  12. @Cusser yes i think at this point i would replace the whole heater as it has the switches connected to it and it's older now.
