I've been working on my HotTub, repairing leaks and now I have another issue. My secondary pump will not shut off. It has been working, but when I filled the tub up to test for leaks, it turned on when I pressed the switch, but would not turn off. I took the tube off and blew in it to try and get it to turn off but that didn't work. The other pump works fine and I've tested the following and it seems to be working. Air Switch - continuity is fine and it turn off and on when air is applied. You can hear the switch clicking normally as well. Indicator light on the controls at the hot tub light up when I press the switch. From the air switch to the relays were checked for continuity and seem fine, alternating on or off when the switch is pressed. I've turned it off for over an hour, hoping it would reset, no luck. The hot tub is 27 years old, but in good shape considering. We built a conditioned hot tub room, so it hasn't been exposed to the outside elements. For several years, it sat empty, when the kids were young just to be safe. It was working fine for the past several weeks. Being as old as it is, I can't find any information on it, but maybe some pictures will help. I searched the forum for my issue, but all I found were issues of pumps not running, but apologies, if I missed it.
