i recently had my pool refinished. The contractor acid washed the previous finish and in doing so removed about 80 % of the grout on my waterline tiles. When asked how is this going to be replaced he said he did not see a problem! They refilled the pool making it impossible for me to regrout. Is this a normal practice? I wouldn't think so.
