Coffeetime

Have an issue with a oast Spa 2004. TSC-21 Topside, after customer powered up all was fine, he then played with the various buttons after which only the temp controls respond, jets 1&2 no function, light no function, unable to take out of economy mode, unable to program filter cycles. Unable to find a suitable tech manual (we have owners handbook). Not convinced the topside has failed though? Thanks.
