Hi: I have a 2008 Tiger River Sumatran. The control panel is not longer responsive, and I'm afraid I might have locked it after messing with the buttons. When I turn on the tub at the breakers, the lights on the panel do come on ("set Temp", "80F" etc..), but after a few seconds, only the Power light stays on. I checked on my electric meter that the heater actually works. I do not see a padlock on the panel, and the "Mode" button is not responsive. Is there a way to unlock the panel?
