I'm in the same boat and trying to reach engineering there. I inspected an old cell and was surprised to find what appeared to be only a micro veneer of the titanium on a second metal. This appears to be designed obsolecence for the sake of getting excessive recurring revenue instead of the qualiy product you would expect for equipment of this price. I had experirnced similar unreliability with the old ACE line Hot Springs had and wrongly assumed they had changed the products fir better reliability. Unfortunately they've reengineered the the mounting chamber to make it harder to retrofit with " better" aftermarket devices. SHAME, SHAME, SHAME on them if this was the sole intent. I never mind paying for quality, but to be charging faithful clients obsurd mark ups for inferiority is unconcionable. AEROMAN1983
