So, after changing the capacitor it worked for a few days, but it continues not turning on every so often. I have to manually spin the pump to kick start it. Any ideas what could be the problem?
That was the issue. It started spinning the moment I turned it. Thank y'all for your help. Now let me ask you, my start up capacitor is 300VAC and 50 uf, but I cant find it anywhere. Will a 370/450 VAC work? By the measurements, it fits in the space the pump has designated for it.
Hi,
I have an Aquarest hot tub. When plugged the screen will turn on, but thd pump won't start. It does a humming sound and click on the circuit board when I press the jets button. I'm fairly new to this and have limited electricity knowledge. Any idea what could be wrong? And how do I confirm it?
Thanks in advance!
