    A. Do you have water flowing through the heater? IS the flow rate correct? B. IS this an M7 system? If so replace the temp sensors. IF that did not clear up the matter you have a board issue.

    HI, The red gasket is no longer made and there are no substitutes I can find. What has anyone done that worked? I tried using GE silicone clear and that did not. I do not want my customer to have to buy a new heater. SUN6560-049 Sundance Smart Heater Gasket. This Seals The Heater To The Control Box On The Sundance Heater Part Number 6500-31
