Thank You so much!!! That did the trick, I had to flip the switch to test mode to get the programming options to come up, but that fixed it!!!

Here is the original vs new

The main difference is that on the old board W1 from the expander connected to J34. But looking at the schematics, it goes to J36 and J34 is occupied/connected to J51.

No it is not the same board. Very slight differences, but they discontinued the original board and said to use this one in its place.

Attached are photos. Pump 2 is on the Expander board (close up photo).

Circuit board went bad. Replaced it and Hot tub powers on with no problem, but pump 2 is not longer showing on the control panel. When pressing the button it does not even trigger a relay click. Heating fine and pump one is fine. Any clue why pump 2 is no longer recognized?
