I have a brand new avenli spa and can't get a prompt response from the manufacturer. Once I filled it to max level, I turned it on , and within 2 hours the e5 code appeared. I restarted the unit a few mins later and the same thing happened. Right now, the temp of the water is just 23 degrees Celsius. When it shows the e5 code again I'll reset the thermal switch inside the cover.

Temp is still only at 23 celius. Ill be trying the thermal reset switch after it stops again with the e5 code

Mine is doing the same. I'd it fixable?

Have a brand new avenli inflatable spa. Followed directions and proceeded to heat water. After 2 hours e5 code appears and shuts down heater. After 5 mins, it will work again for another couple hours. Temp is rising, so I know it works. No obstructions in lines either. Help please!!!
