First, it is absolutely frustrating to purchase a product of this magnitude, then not feel as though you have support afterward. For that, we sincerely apologize. It shouldn't be that way, but I'd love the opportunity to speak with you directly about the situation to accomplish two things: 1. Make sure you are connected with our team to immediately begin working on a solution if you haven't found one already. 2.
