Hello, Thanks for your reply. Yes, sorry for the confusion. I meant to say that it trips the breaker. I haven't changed anything in the wiring or anything like that. I tried running the self-stirring without the filters but I have the same issue. When I turn on the jets or the self-stirring, it makes noise, there are no jets, and then it trips the breaker.

Hello friends, I hope you had a great summer. I have a recurring problem with my Hotspring Jetsetter hot tub . When I turn on the jets or the auto-stirring, the hot tub breaks down electrically. I would like to know how to find the problem. Thank you for your help. Manu

Hi friends, I hope you are well. With these increasingly cooler temperatures, our hot tubs are really nice. The reason I'm contacting you is because the screen on my 2011 HotSpring Jetsetter is doing strange things. There are some vertical lines and the screen is turning almost white. Then when I press a button on the control panel, it goes back to its normal color (but the dashes are persistent) and then quickly goes all white again. I don't know if it's water, if it's just the screen that needs to be changed, or the whole control panel. I don't know either if it's a software bug (should I do a reset?). And I don't know where to get the parts or how to take it apart. If this problem has already happened to you, could you tell me how you fixed it? And especially to avoid the failure to happen again (gasket to change ?) Thanks a lot for your help Manu (from France)

Hello to all, I am new to this forum and very happy to join your community. I bought a house that has a Hotspring Jetsetter hot tub in it. To my surprise, it works fine but lately there has been a crack appearing on the side. It seems that the wood at the base suffered a bit from the moisture, which caused a weakness in the middle of the structure generating the crack. I would like to repair both the cause of the problem and its consequence. I've never repaired a Jacuzzi, I don't even know what it looks like underneath so I'm here for advice. Here is what I plan to do: 1/ Drain the Jacuzzi and unplug it. 2/ Protect it (the shell) with covers 3/ Tilt it on its side (I'm alone. Is it heavy?) 4/ Fix aluminum plates under the Jacuzzi to raise it a few millimeters and allow the water to drain. Indeed, underneath, it's tiles and when there's a little water coming through, I think it stagnates and makes the wood rot. This will allow me to put everything straight with a spirit level. 5/ return the hot tub to its normal position 6/ Watch the crack to see if it tightens. 7/ Repair the crack with a repair kit (I don't know what to chose and where to buy it though) I'm interested in your observations and advice for this project. I don't know anything about it and I'm afraid to make mistakes. Thank you very much for your help.
