Any help on this?

Thanks in advanced. My spa is displaying 4 dashes on the top side. None of the buttons respond. Resetting the breakers doesn't change anything. Circulator pump is running as is the Ozone generator 240v is being supplied to power board and to the main board. There are no fuses to check on this board. What are the next troubleshooting steps?
