is there a class action to take BRP to court on there fault gel coats?

Hi Toddo from the pics your pool it is white below the water line on the side walls only? please confirm.

we have pool water records monthly since installed in 2019. i cant understand if you follow there recommendations then the warranty is valid. who do you speak to at BRP? have you seen a solicitor to help resolve the issue? if not maybe a class action is necessary

here too gel coat fading after few years. they have a lifetime warranty on internal coating an should cover repairs by law
