  1. Hey everyone. There was a hot tub when i moved in the house and i just recently decided (after 7 years) to try to revive it and get it working. After working on it for several days, i finally got the basic functionality up and running. Being a new hot tub owner, i had a couple questions that i would love help on. First, the details of the hot tub: Sundance Cameo 99' | Sundance 850 control panel Initially it kept tripping the circuit breaker. i tried disconnecting different components to start it, and found out that the blower is what was tripping it up. Right now i am leaving the blower disconnected, but everything else seems to work somewhat (heater, circ pump, ozone generator, both pumps). So i was able to clean it, fill it, heat it and balance the water. 1. First question - is it ok to leave the blower disconnected and operate the hot tub otherwise normally? If not, how long is acceptable? I have some other small fixes that i'm focused on, but not sure how urgent this one is. 2. I'm just learning to set the filter and circ pump cycle. I'm using Bromine tablets and oxidizing shock (fresh n clear) when i use it or weekly. The spa has 370 gallons of water in it, do i need to run the circ pump 24/7? I'm considering just running the circ pump for 8 hours day and leaving the spa on economy mode (no other filter cycle) to save on electricity cost. The spa will automatically run the circ pump off cycle to heat it if needed, so temperature will keep. Is that enough to keep the water sanitized with bromine and shock? I have a separate issue that sometimes the display starts flashing garbage (i think when it runs both pumps at the same time?), and i need to reset it by turning off the breaker as well as unplugging the temperature/flow switch sensor, and re-plugging it back in to reset, but that deserves a whole separate post in itself. Would appreciate help on the above 2 questions to get started!
