  1. So this Master Spa 6.2 came with the house we purchased last year. It's nicely located on the 3rd floor of our house. I found the documents for engineering and stuff so it's safe, essentially they craned it up there and then put the roof on. The spot it's in is tight. Previous owner gave no details about it, stating she did not know if it worked. Her husband had it put in right before he passed away. I believe it may have never been used as it's in pristine condition, the filters are brand new, chemicals that came with it were never used. They purchased it new from a dealer back in 2008/2009 - I found the invoice somewhere. Well today I decided to try and fill it up. It got about 1/2 way when my wife yelled down to me that water was coming down through the ceiling below -- yayyyyyy.... Spent the last hour or so dealing with that... There is a drain in the floor buuuut it's not pretty and I doubt know the waterproofing is crap. I've removed the panels, un-hooked the power & nothing stands out to me. My wife and I attempted to flip it on it's side but we need a 3rd strong person. Where should I start? It's clearly a big leak. I've popped off most of the jet thing's and the seals all look fine from my "I-have-no-clue-about-hot-tubs" eyes. I've checked the drain, it was plugged. Is there something obvious I'm missing? EDIT: Forgot to add that the photo's are to show how tight of a space it's in. Every hose I could see(motors & heater) were bone dry when I checked them.
