  1. Techs told me everything is working fine, but I'm not convinced the circulation pump is drawing enough. This is a Clearwater hot tub sold under the Mermaid brand. I'm not seeing any flow going into the filter baskets at all, yet the circ pump is indeed working. I can feel plenty of positive pressure coming from the heater return ports in the bottom of the tub. However, I could barely feel any suction at the bottom of the filter tunnels when I pulled the elements and reached to the bottom with my hand. Very little negative pressure was noticeable, and there's just no movement on the surface of the water going into the baskets. Is it possible for the circ pump to generate positive pressure at the return ports but no negative pressure at the filters? I've tried the usual airlock solutions but no change. Even with the filters removed, I don't see any signs of suction. Ideas?
  2. I finally found it. Google lens spit it out right away. It's a VL600. Gotta admit, Google's AI is pretty impressive.
  3. I'm having a heck of a time identifying this control panel to figure out how to enter programming mode. I don't think it's a TP600, as there's a mode button and the light button is on the opposite side of the temp control buttons. When I press a temp control button, the LCD does not blink to enter programming mode. I've tried pressing and holding the mode button, and various combinations, to no avail. I'd prefer to avoid removing the overlay pull the retaining screws. So far I've been able to view the back from inside the Looking at the back, I can make out that it says Balboa 22025 printed on the back of the circuit board, but searching that has not provided results. Can someone please ID this unit and point me to the user manual? The spa is dates to about 2010, and was purchased in Canada.
