It looks like this one: https://www.yseries.ca/overview-yj/ Only that mine says v2 and this one is v3. I wonder if any of those 2 keypads would work on mine because I don't feel very comfortable going with the same keypad that did not last much. I also checked the connector from the brains to the keypad and it seems fine, clean, etc. Disconnecting it a few times and reconnecting it did not have any effect. Now, what if it is not the keypad but something bad in the brains?

Hi @CanadianSpaTech, thanks for your response. The equipment is definitely made by Gecko. Attached is a picture of the brains of the spa and also of the keypad/screen. I found that this company sells the replacement part, but I'm worried that exactly the same part will last exactly the same time, which was just a little over a year. https://www.hottubspasupplies.com/catalog/product/view/id/36180/s/78453-freeflow-topside-4-button-no-overlay-1/category/2/ Perhaps I should replace it with a newer, revised, but compatible keypad/screen from Gecko? Is that possible? Also, would it be possible just to replace the LCD portion? Your help is appreciated!

Hi. My Freeflow Cascina hot tub started to have issues with the LED display screen. It seems that some of the segments of the LED screen are not working. See the attached picture. It should display 34.5. Otherwise everything works fine. How can I fix it? Where can I get a replacement part?
