  1. I was thinking something like that but it turned out to be the pump itself. Saw that the parts alone would have cost me about $250 so glad it was under warranty.
  2. I have a TS 67.25, purchased in November 2020. I am having a problem where it is hit-or-miss if Pump 2 will turn on. We have no messages indicating an issue. It took a bit to isolate what we are seeing but here is what we see when the problem shows. Press Pump 2 button and (now most of the time) we get no water from the applicable jets and no sound indicating the pump is running or trying to run. But the control panel icon will be blinking as if the pump is running. As designed, Pump 1 will automatically start at low speed and both pump indicator icons will blink indicating the pumps are supposedly running except that Pump 2 is still not running. Turning Pump 1 to high does not cause Pump 2 to start. Pressing the Pump 2 button again will turn off the pump 2 indicator icon blinking and usually pump 1 will stop as well (if that button was never pushed and the water temp is good.) Pressing Pump 2 button back on almost always result in the same, but it may be that repeated pressing will eventually turn on Pump 2. But if we just go ahead and start using the tub without Pump 2 running but the control panel icon blinking as if it is running, maybe about 5-10 minutes later Pump 2 will start and water flows. But when Pump 1 times out at 15 minutes and shuts off, Pump 2 shuts down very shortly as if the timer started when we first pressed the button regardless of whether the pump started then. Any ideas? Waiting to call my dealer for support.
