There is complaints everywhere. All over the internet. I just typed in problems with brp , and it was like 20 that showed up. Since I filed their website has changed completely. Can't even post nothing anymore. I never did , and this is the first time I have spoke of it to anyone. Didn't realize there is that many issues with there pools out there either.

Let's all help each other. Looks like some of you have given up. I will lead this parade in getting justice. I took the first step SUED them! Come on need feed back , and more info on your problems. We can get together and file another joint venture in the name of justice. Steve

MY pool was installed January 2019. It's been a Train wreck since it was started . Not getting into all my problems. I don't think there be enough room on this site. I have the same problem as all of you. Mine started out a shimmer emerald green. Above water line looks like it did the day it was installed except the scratches from them installing it.. Water line solid white , and look like a light blue pool through out. Like the sky on a real humid day. It's a Barrier Reef pool. Got the run around for months. Heard all the excuses they could dream up. I finally had enough. Looks like I purchase a vinyl light blue pool. I have a case pending in the courts with the installer. Enough said don't want to go any further on that. We all need to get together with a complaint. You can look on the Santa Rosa Court dockets to see I am for real. Any help or info you can provide would be greatly appreciated . If I can assist you in any way feel free to reach out.
