Hey, we bought our lazyspa Bali a few weeks ago. Filled up the water level to inbetween the min and max level. Used it a few time and obviously some water escapes due to the bubbles and people moving around in the rub. I put the lid on after every use to keep the temp up and cleaning is more efficient. Had a few days full of rain and the spa never got used. When the weather got better I opened the lid to dip the water to check the quality and noticed the water level had gone above max level 😳 I've searched everywhere to find out what the hell is causing this. I would of thought the lid was water proof, you've said they told you it is not? It's an amazing spa and we absolutely love it, just worries me when it started to fill up by itself.
