Hi All, I just took delivery of a brand new bullfrog R7L hot tub. I got it wired, filled, and on the first run, the purge went well, and after getting water chemistry set, I jumped in for my first soak. All but one permanent jet are working fine, and all of the jetpacks work well. I am able to adjust all of the jets, but I have one permanent foot jet in the bottom of the tub that is extremely weak compared to all of the rest. What can i do to unclog the one jet? or do I have a defective jet? Everything else works fine on the tub. the jet that is weak is in the footwell opposite the suction inlets. it is on pump 2, the one on the right is fine, the one on the left barely moves water. I can open and close the jet, and when closed, all flow stops. I tried closing some of the other jets, to try to increase the pressure on that circuit to flush out any minor debris, but no change. I am not sure what else I may be able to do without potentially either damaging the jet, or voiding my warranty. I would appreciate any thoughts on the issue.
