Guys...thanks for all of the input...I will call them tomorrow and ask about the jets...as for the heater...I used to own a Catalina and it was never an issue, so this is why it is strange to me...I live in North Carolina, near the coast, so it doesn't get too cold here....an example...I can walk out to the spa and get ready to get in with the temp set at 104, and reading 104...the pumps may be off at this time...I can cut on the all three pumps and the temp will usually drop a couple of degrees within a minute or so...I can understand this, because I assume that with the water circulating, the waterfall bring water out into the air, combined with air being injected into the water it would cool it...the problem is that it then takes the tub a very long time to ever climb back up in temp...and the heater is running during this time, because as soon as the temp drops below what you have it set for, the heater light comes on flashing and then stays on while it heats the tub back up....to me though, 30 to 45 minutes just seems like a long time for this to take....Thanks for all of the help...
