I was getting a bad temperature read from my 1997 Sundance montego. It would run after I reset it but would go into watchdog mode a short while later. I replaced the temperature sensor and o ring. It ran normally for about 40 minutes bringing the temperature up but then it tripped the breaker. If I unplug the temperature sensor and high limit sensor it will turn on but reads a sensor failure. Could I have gotten a bad sensor? Does anyone know the resistance of a working sensor?
