    So pouring a smaller pool with concrete & the pumper truck went down! Concrete flashed off in the truck, walls where complete but the bottom of the pool was not 100% complete. Rebar is partly covered in some areas & fully covered in other areas although thickness is unknown. What is the proper procedure to fix this issue? jackhammer out the base? demo & start over? use a bonding agent? Help please! location :Florida Thanks Scott
