I'm so glad I found this post. I've been battling this issue for months now, tried all sorts of descalers, I flush the water every 3 months and keep my tub spotless. Tried using Ahh- some and got very little biofilm out but the flakes are always there. I've noticed the infamous "dried milk" looking flakes in my air lines and had no idea what that was, now I know. My tub is 2019 vintage Strong Spas tub. I tried the links to the 3 protocols mentioned in this thread to the Ahh-some website but they are no longer active, hoping ARobert can chime in and let us know if he may have saved them somewhere?
