I have a California Cooperage by Coleman Spas, Late 90s. I have no power to the heater. I had a Spa tech. (25 yrs experence) take a look at. No codes found. He did a thourgho check. There is no power to the heater elements. He hooked up a new circuit board and still the same thing, no power to the heater elemnets. He was at a loss. Any sugestions out there.
