checking in - just got a prodigy 12/2020 and having salt cartridges last 2 months only per warning on display. Really aggravating.....I check the water 2 x a week plus - used softener pack, everything seems just fine in terms of chlorine, ph, alkalinity. set salt output lower on 2nd cartridge and it stayed "OK" until it died - we use the pool 2 x a week, 2 people at a time - crazy.
