Just bought 2nd hand Palm Springs Spa and have no idea what the flap/hole cover is for down near the inside bottom, it appears as though the blower air comes through this hole but when we close the flap the air just blows it open again and all the air is lost on one side of the Spa and no air goes to the surrounding holes. Thanks for your help.
