I am having trouble finding just the tail piece for a jet. Where would be a place I could look for that part?

This may be a stupid question, but should I drain the water below the jet to take out the piece or can it be done without draining and just turning the power off?

I have a J245 Jacuzzi and someone must gave twisted too hard on one of the jets and it came off. It seems as the plastic tubing that connects the jet cracked off and is stuck in the hole. How do I get it out? And do I just order a whole new jet? Picture is attached off the jet and the broken pieces.

I just bought a home with a j245 jacuzzi hot tub. After a few months the control panel display started blinking one number at a time. So if the temperature is at 100 degrees, only one number is displayed at a time (i.e. the 1 first, then the 0, then the second 0). There is no error code that I can find that matches this and I can't find any info through a google search. It seems as though everything is working fine. Does anyone know what this means?
