I managed to sort the problem. The hose is only held on with 2 jubilee clips which are easily removed. I then went on to Hose Shop Uk and a very helpful person suggested the most suitable pipe. Cost £8 cut and fitted it myself. Sorted

I have a Palm Springs that is less than 2 years old with a crack in one of the water pipes (The concertina one). Bestway have said that it’s not a manufacturing defect. How can it not be. They keep sending me to the same generic spares list which doesn’t show anything even remotely similar. can anyone help?
