OK many thanks that helped i see i had to hold Pump1 or P1 for 30 seconds. Took me to LL which was set to 1. Set it to 9 and rebooted - seemed to change to other pump for circulation for few mins then P1 didnt work at all only P2 (Single speed) Same for Level 10 - and i kept seeing 'FLO' in the display. Reset it back to LL1 now P2 which is the Pump for the recliner has double speed! I expected it the other way round, the two seated corners to have double speed. Not sure why reverting back has now enabled double speed. No idea. Maybe i will leave it for Hot tub company when they are back from easter to look at thanks.

OK switched it off and back on shows softtware version then L1 then i can't change it, then it jumps back to clock flashing and temp. Not sure how i enter service mode.

ok thankyou certainly dont have them ok so must be 9/10. If i hold pump1 i get the option of 'OFF' or the light button gives me other options doesnt seem clear how i can set this?

ok checked the pumps i have 1x2HP and 1x2HP 2Speed Looks like i have option 9/10 or 13/14 Not sure if we have a blower? It does have the valves for bubbles on/off in each seat..

Just had this Spa installed and powered up. It is running off 32A supply but ive noticed despite the spec saying 2 pumps with 1 having 2 speeds, neither pumps change speed on 2nd press of pump 1 or 2. Im guessing its in 16Amp mode or something? Any advice on how i enter service mode or dip switch? I noted the main unit is a Gecko IN YE3 H3.0 unit Thanks

Can anyone help out here, we just want a nice quality 4 seat hot tub. 2 pumps? Depth? heater power? Pump should it be LX? Are the lounger seats good or not worth it? Problem at moment is we live in dorset and not many places open to wet test. Ive found one place but only a few open. I see for example arctic spas are about 980 deep whereas one at Blue whale is 780 deep. obvs i dont want to be sitting in it with my shoulders poking out? Also this had 3 pumps is that just more to go wrong? We have a budge of 6k don't want it too big but good for 4 adults would be nice thanks. Any pointers appreciated thanks
