We have had a professional pool fiberglass resurfacer look at our pool and has also advised it is faulty gel coat that has not been cured properly or applied evenly!!! Barrier reef are the worse company once they have your money and their warranty is not even worth the piece of paper it’s written on!!! I’m also happy for you to come look at our pool and tell us there is an easy fix to the rubbish shell we have received.

We definitely need a class action! I have been told by someone there has been previous class actions but all parties are then made to sign non disclosure’s so unsure how to find out any information on them.

Has BR said why they won’t cover it under warranty? We noticed the bubbling discoloration when the pool was just under 3yrs old. Are you trying to take your claim any further?

How old is your pool? It’s the damage quite bad? It is so extremely frustrating that there is a serous problem with their product and they just put all the blame back on their customers!!

Hi, has anyone had any progress/resolution on there pool issues? We too are have the exact same problems. Our pool is only 3yrs old and barrier reef is not taking any responsibility for the issues
