I have a Hot Springs Prodigy purchased new in the fall of 2009. The jets are turning off on their own intermittently. Also, recently, the extra control button (in the tub, not on the main panel) to turn the jets on/off stopped working. I have checked the filters and replaced them. Presumably, that is not the problem. When the jets are on, they seem to be working normally, at full power. I don't know if this is an electrical problem. Maybe their is buildup in the pipes somewhere triggering the jets to turn off? I should note that we did have the jets turn off and then back on again, on their own. That was a bit scary. That happened a couple of times - they turned on and off without human intervention. But, recently, they just turn off and thats it. This doesn't happen every day, just once in a while. Its been an adventure getting in the hot tub and finding out if the jets will behave each day. Any ideas? Thanks so much for your help!
