We CANNOT seem to get out hot tub chems balanced. It's been over a week and the total chlorine is too high while the free chlorine is non existent. We have done all we know... Left it alone... Opened the tub.. added some water ,Added more chlorine , added bromine and even shocked it. Please help!!!
