  1. Just verifying a pump model from the SPA experts here. I have a 2012 Sundance Altamar 880 that has developed a leak. The pump that is activated by the left pump button on the control panel (immediately to the right of the bubbler) has also become noisy so I think the bearings might be shot. Anyhow, I remove the left side panel and sure enough there is a pool of water on that side of the tub and calcium deposits near the impeller. Did some research since the label on the pump is actually on the bottom so there's no way to read it without removing it. I do believe that the model pump may be a WUA400-I pump but wanted to confirm that with the folks here. The motor seems to be working fine. Should I just change the impeller? While it has become noisy of late, the tub had been leaking 1/2" water every few weeks for the last 18 months or so. I had been using Marlig's Fix-A-Leak to resolve that but the leak always re-appeared 6 months later. See attached images.
  2. I have a 2013 Sundance Altamar Spa that is leaking about an inch of water per week. I got some Leisure Time Leak Seal hoping this will tie the Spa over until the spring when I can do a more thorough check. The instructions say to turn off the heater, ozonator and blower. Can this be done on a Sundance Spa? I figured I can turn the heat down but turning off the others? Any help would be appreciated.
