Can I determine the year of manufacture for a Hot Springs Jetsetter hot tub I purchased from the serial number JJN20D2201121. I purchased the hot tub last week from a local dealer and got the floor model. I did not realize it until I had to return to the dealer to obtain a missing cap which did not arrive with the hot tub delivery. I was not offered a discount, nor informed of the fact that I would be receiving a floor model. Is this normal business practice, or has the age of COVID affected manufacture and delivery of inventory to dealers?
