  1. Hello group! I have a 2012 Master Spas Healthy Living Hot Tub. It is controlled by a Balboa BP60. I have 50A breaker, and I have removed the heating element from this system and replaced it with a heat exchanger which is fed hot water from my home boiler when a thermostat calls for it. The system has a circulation pump, which you are supposed to be able to program to run 24/7. For some reason, mine does not. It runs for a while after my primary pump runs, but then shuts down. This may be because the temp sensors are not in hot water any longer? I don't know. Maybe I should disconnect them from the board. By I digress. According the Balboa manual I have, "J2 and J32" are "useable" hot outputs. My thought is that I disconnect the circulation pump load wire (blac) from the J21 connector, and connect it to either the J2 or J32 to feed it power? The point is, I'm trying to bypass the relay and just give it power 24/7. Can this be done? I thank you all for your thoughts. I've attached the Balboa literature. bp600 schematic.pdf
