Hello, Thank you for admitting me to the Pool Spa Forum. I am am total newby and have replaced the leaking heater and sensors on a friends Hot Springs Vanguard hot tub. After refilling and turning the electric on the tub immediately goes to Protection Mode. The service companies seem to be totally backed up, so it seems like we are on our own to try and figure this out. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. John
