  1. It’s been a month or so since I tried to get it working so I’ll have to go back through the troubleshooting. If I recall all the lights were working correctly. As stated, the thermistor and hi limit have been replaced twice and the main board has also been replaced twice. The company I bought the board from thought I might have had a bad board so they sent another one. to recap: -new heater relay board -new circuit board x2 -new thermistor/limit x2 -swapped in a used spare heater -new circ pump -descaled and flushed -new filter -supply wiring and voltage all good
  2. If you reset the breakers the spa will heat to temp initially and run fine. Then the next day you come out and it's only 90 degrees. Sometimes the topside control will say it is 102 degrees but then it's only 90. Other times it will just say 90...that's why I'm thinking it's a topside problem. Indicator lights on the board aren't calling for heat even though topside panel is set for 102...they aren't flashing. After a breaker reset then the heater LED comes on as normal and spa heats to temp. I've confirmed that's it's not on summer mode or anything.
  3. Over the summer my Tiger River Bengal stopped heating. It would heat up to temp initially and then wouldn't reheat after subsequent running. I have the iq2020 spa pack. I found a factory troubleshooting manual and went through everything I could find. Confirmed the circulation pump is working properly (even swapped in another one). Heater is working properly (swapped in another one just to make sure). Tried running it with and without the filter, no difference. Installed new temp and hi-limit sensors. Also flushed the entire system. Voltage to the spa is solid....it's been working great for years before this started. Finally installed an updated heater relay board and it worked several times before going back to it's old tricks. Next I put in a new factory circuit board. Still fails. I'm pretty sure the only thing left is the topside board which isn't made anymore. There's a few on ebay but they end up going over $200 and I'm wary about spending that much on a used panel. Does anybody know if any other manufacture topside controls could be swapped in, or if there's any place that rebuilds the panels?
