  1. On the box on the left is it one of the relays burnt, one on the right maybe, can you take a close up photo of the damage, my money is on the box on the right, from the top control panel the cables run down to a part called a darlington switch, this is the switching unit, it will not show any sign's of burning, if your tub has a radio that will aslo cause a problem, I disabled mine. The pumps can be tested on the tub by simple connecting them up to a power supply for a couple of seconds, the circulating pump can seize, can be repaired but a pig to seal.
  2. I am assuming you have the hot tub I am familiar with, could you take a photo of the 2 control box's, however I am sure its the switching unit, the replacement unit is around 3 to 4 hundred pounds, the part is under a pound
  3. It’s blown the control switch on the other box, it can be repaired but you need someone who works on electronics or pay out mega money what country are you in
  4. The old heaters had a leak that coroded the terminal can you put a meter on it, regarding the pump put a live feed to it to se if it works, the heater should not stop the pump working, also check for mice damage on the wires, if you take the cover off the main box check the relay to the right, I think there is a photo of it on here Turn it off un plug, turn back on and run through set up and tell me what works and what’s not, both by hand and with your remote
  5. Unless you are competent with electrics please do not start poking around behind the panels, the tubs rarely get an airlock, however remove the water filter and make sure there is enough water in the tub, make sure the top control panel is totally dry, it’s cheaper to get the problem diagnosed in the long run unless you can read a meter and work with electrics as water and electric don’t mix
  6. No problem, let’s start from the beginning how did it start, all of a sudden or over time, water cold most of the time can you explain, and one thing is the tub outside and is the control panel dry on the top and how old is the tub and what level are you able to work on the tub
  7. Sorry you have confused me, if your circulating pump is flashing and your heater is not working is that not a fault? on the control panel what is happening, again as I said before have you got the correct water level, I take it the water is cold all the time and no water circulating
  8. More info needed, list of faults please
  9. From what you are saying its the water level sensor, make sure the bulb in the tub is really clean and water over it, or maybe the control panel has water over it, let me know mine was a bit more complicated, a relay burnt out cooked the board so had to replace big money £350 english pounds only to find that had blown a part on the circuit board £399 english pounds, I was about to bin the tub when a friend had a look and repaired the board for less than £1 english pound, so check for electronic repairs before you buy new I now have a lot of knowledge on this type of hot tub and will freely give it
  10. Alyson can you tell me where the left had side of tub pump is connected on the circuit board is it to circulating pump also the right hand pump What number pump is it connected to on board
  11. I have the same fault having just fitted a new circuit board,
