  1. Oops, seems this sat in the queue for a couple of days by accident!
  2. Hello everybody! During these strange times we are in the process of buying our first hot tub. And it has come down to the Marquis Wish or Reward, mainly owing to availability and being recommended the dealer, who also sells Artesian. We are primarily looking for a hot tub with an excellent lower back massage as I suffer with chronic lower back pain. The secondary requirement is a good neck/shoulder massage as that's playing up as well - grumble. We intend on using it as a couple at the same time, but it would be nice to have room for a visiting couple or future children. That's a nice to have though. The right massage is key. I like the ability in the Wish to have both the lower back and shoulder HOT zones active at the same time, as the two main seats are the lounger and Captain's Chair and are in different zones. The only downside I can see is that the lower back hot zone on the Wish is just three jets in a triangle, whereas on the Reward it's five. The Reward has two great therapy seats, but you can only use the HOT zone jets in one of these at a time, as they are in the same zone. The lounger whilst in a separate zone does not have any HOT jets. So at the moment we are going for the Wish so that we can enjoy a pump each. But I am worried that the lower back massage won't be as good as in the Reward. Has anyone out there had the good fortune of having been in both models? Or what do owners think - in particular about the lower back massage capabilities? We can't even find a model to sit in dry let alone experience the jets sadly at this time. Wet testing is a pipe dream in covid times. We've also been told that the Wish is being discontinued, whilst the Reward will be cosmetically altered a bit in an upcoming rebrand. So this is our last chance to get a Wish it seems. In terms of price we can get the Reward for just £700 more than the Wish currently and with a lifelong cover thrown in to boot, but I want the right tub for us, not the best deal. In terms of height I'm 5'7 and my wife is 5'4. I have read that the Reward is good for taller people which obviously concerns me regarding jet positions being a bit off for us tiny people. Another positive perhaps for the Wish being that the shoulder HOT zone is in the lounge so a bit easier to adjust your position against them Vs being in a seat in the Reward if they are too high. Really appreciate any help and opinions out there. So lucky to be able to get a hot tub at this moment, but it is also a terrible time to get a true idea of what you are buying!
