    Had the same problem, couldnt solve it. Sold the spa. Got a pool for backyard and some cheap skimmers for a good filtration. Never had a problem ever since.

    maybe use salt water instead of chlorine?

    Can you reach out to the former owner? If this is second hand, he/she could pass over in silence about some problems. My guess would be broken temperature sensor, which is recieving wrong data
