Hi, We have had our Hot Tub for a week. It has a cover lifter. We noticed yesterday when it was open that it is not level anymore. It dips down to the right. It has been right below that blind evenly across. Nothing looks loose on that side that we can tell. The clip on that side that hooks into the panel broke off when it was lifted but, it doesn’t seem like that would the reason it is crooked now. Anyone have any suggestions or ideas as to what may be causing this. We did call the service department and sent pictures they told us they are not always level and it’s normal.
