1994 Coast spa 94 x 94 Tspa-1 circuit board, 1st question; replaced heater and three bottom relays that were on heater circuit. I can't get the heater to turn on and flow sensor is working and temp reads 33 degrees. I have even hooked up heater to 240 volts directly with no result. I just replaced the heater and wonder if it is bad right out of the box, I have a replacement of the same brand of heater for back up. 2nd question; the filtration cycle is trying to kick on the motors but only clicks without success, is this also a relay issue? this tub is a labor of love as I have resurrected it from the grave when i bought my house in 2007, I've fixed, frames, hoses, cracks, and motors and still don't want to replace it hahaha
