Thanks for both replies. Based on what you sent me, is it just that Pleatco is the important part? I just don't understand the numbers. The ones you linked me to list different measurements for the one I have, so I just want to understand how to determine whether something will fit or not.

I recently bought a house that came with a hot tub. The tub itself is from 1996 and is a Sunrise 799. The filters are from Pleatco and are threaded. They say 8 1/4" tall but also 14" tall. What exactly is my size here? I have searched online for anything that looks like this from Pleatco but it doesn't appear to exist anymore.

The owner's manual states that it comes with a drain valve that connects to a garden hose, but I cannot for the life of me find such a thing anywhere. Any help?
