  1. Thanks! I’ll wait. I’ve been racking my brains on this. The only thing I can think of, is that I ran the controller cable alongside the 240v power lines, and that might’ve induced a bit of current on it, maybe enough to damage the board. Other than that, I’m at a loss.
  2. @RDspaguy It's not a new heater. It's been running well for over a year in manual mode. I just decided to upgrade my old intermatics to a new controller system.
  3. Hello! I installed a Pentair IntelliConnect controller today. I wired up the main pump (Intelliflo) and SWCG (IntelliChlor) via RS-485 cable + dedicated power supplies, as well as a booster pump to the first relay. Everything peachy so far. Next up, I was going to wire a MasterTemp HD400 to the "Heater" relay on the controller. I followed these instructions: (Page 30) Basically, I cut the fireman's switch jumper cable, and "extended" it into the controller's Heater relay, so that it would close the circuit. As far as I can tell, that's the right way to do it, but the controller wouldn't turn on the heater. I restored the jumper cable, and now the heater does not turn on at all. (There is power going to it, which leads me to believe I somehow fried the logic board). Is this the right way to set up the controller? Did I miss anything obvious? (Any help would be appreciated so that I don't end up killing another board once I replace it)
