I am still waiting for a reply from them

Hello, New here We have a 1 year old Lay Z Spa Miami. No problems with it last year. We filled it up left it to warm up over night to use the next day and all great. 2 days on we start to notice a leak from underneath the hot tub and have worked out it is coming from the drainage plug (not the pump). Has anyone had this issue, have you managed to fix it? We have tried some specialist tape around the plug but that hasn't is worked. Any help/advice greatly appreciated. Thank you
